For corporate events, we work with a technical rider: an overview of our equipment, power requirements, setup schedule and space requirements. We share this rider in advance with the venue and any AV team. This way, everyone knows what we need and how our systems integrate with the existing setup. For larger productions, we do a prior site visit to determine the layout.
For corporate events, we do not just provide a DJ. Depending on the programme, our crew consists of a DJ, sound technician, lighting technician and/or stage manager. The stage manager coordinates the transitions between programme segments: presentations, awards, breaks and the party section. All crew members are professionally dressed and work discreetly.
Many corporate venues have their own AV facilities or work with fixed suppliers. We integrate seamlessly with those. We connect our systems with projectors, LED screens, streaming setups and conferencing equipment. We coordinate the technical details in advance so everything runs smoothly on the day itself. We test all connections during the soundcheck and have backup equipment on standby.
