2. What personal data do we collect?

We only collect data that is necessary for our services:

• a) Via the contact form and availability check: name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, event type, number of guests, start and end time, and any additional requests.
• b) Via the package configurator: selected package, extra options and price indication — these are included when you submit a request.
• c) Analytical data: anonymised visitor information via PostHog (EU-hosted), including page visits, click behaviour and device type. This data is collected if you give consent via the cookie banner.
• d) Communication data: email messages you send to or receive from us via our email system.

We only share your data with parties that are necessary for our services. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with all processors. You can request a copy via .

Resend (email service) processes data in the United States. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which ensures an adequate level of protection. For other services involving data transfers, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are applied.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

• Notification to data subjects — if the data breach is likely to pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you as soon as possible about the nature of the breach and the measures we are taking.
• Registration — all data breaches are registered internally, including the facts, the consequences and the corrective measures taken.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you.

Our services are not aimed at persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you suspect that we have collected data from a minor, please contact us at so that we can delete this data.
